An arcade grabber is fantastic to give away promotional gifts, also known as a prize crane it can be filled with sweets, soft plush toys or other promotional items. For smaller gifts and prizes such as keyrings we can supply empty capsules to place the items in to allow the crane to grab them. Our claw crane can be set up as a prize every time unit or can be set to only allow a win every pre-set number of attempts from 2-100 which is great for higher value prizes or voucher type promotions. An alternative way to use the crane would be to fill the capsules with tickets, tokens or vouchers either with win, lose or perhaps discount vouchers for your products or services.
Our trained staff will deliver, set up and install the prize crane on site at your chosen venue, before handing over to your own team or brand ambassadors to operate and and bring the fun. Although the arcade game is designed to be self supervised with minimal fuss. We can if desired we can arrange for professional promotional staff to attend and oversee the game throughout the United Kingdom.

A) This optional we can program the claw machine to award a prizes every time or any ratio depending on your requirements.
Q) Are prizes included in the hire hire price?
A) Not as standard but we can provide this service if required.
Q) Do we have to have plastic capsules to hold the prizes.
A) No this is not standard we are actively working to reduce the use of plastic as a company. For smaller prizes that the claw may not be able to hold we can as an additional option provide plastic capsules. We do however encourage you to recycle these by providing a small basket next to the claw machine at your event.
Q) Can I hire a for a roadshow type events.
A) Yes sure our professional team have vast experience of roadshow hire and will ensure rapid set up of your arcade claw on the event days. We have accounts with major hotel chains and offer competitive travel expenses.
