About the Role:
Warehouse AssistantWe are seeking a reliable, organised, and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our Warehouse Manager and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse.
This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying organised, and being part of a collaborative team that delivers outstanding events. You will play a vital role in preparing, loading, and maintaining our event equipment, making sure everything is dispatched on time and returned in excellent condition.
Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, Sales Team, and Events Team, you’ll gain a strong understanding of our systems and processes while taking pride in caring for equipment. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment.
What a Typical Day Might Look Like:

Role Details:
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Schedule: Mon–Fri, standard working hours. Flexibility may be required during busy event periods.
Location: Warehouse-based (London E17) , with occasional on-site support at events.
Salary: £27’500 – £31,500 pa subject to experience.
Holiday: 28 days including holidays.
Start date: 1st March 2026.

What a Typical Day Might Look Like:
Event Preparation & Vehicle Loading
- Getting equipment ready for upcoming events, making sure every item is present, clean, and in full working order. (this obvs includes having a go!)
- Assisting with loading vehicles in a safe, efficient, and well-organised manner.
- Reviewing paperwork to confirm equipment aligns with event specifications.
- Helping ensure clear and seamless handovers to the Events Team.
- Working alongside the Warehouse Manager to keep stock records accurate and up to date.
- Logging equipment in and out of the warehouse correctly.
- Ensuring consumables, spare parts, and accessories are well-stocked and stored correctly.
- Reporting any shortages, damage, or low stock levels.
- Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment after events.
- Carrying out basic fixes where possible and escalating repairs when necessary.
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, well-organised, and safe for daily operations.
- Supporting the installation of bespoke branded features, including vinyl applications, with full training provided.
- Assisting on larger-scale projects such as event construction, technical installations, and enhancements within the warehouse.
- Offering flexible support to other teams during high-demand periods.
