We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Event Operations & Client Support Coordinator to join our team and help manage the bookings and logistics that make our events run smoothly.
This role combines client communication, event coordination, and operational organisation. You’ll work closely with both clients and our internal team to ensure every event is delivered successfully.

- Check emails and respond to new client enquiries about game hire and event packages
- Confirm bookings and update event details in the booking system
- Speak with clients about delivery times, venue access and branding options
- Coordinate artwork submissions for branded games and send designs for production
- Prepare hire agreements and confirm event logistics with venues or on-site contacts
- Work with the operations team to ensure upcoming events have all required details
- Follow up with clients to confirm event requirements and final details
- Update schedules and booking information for upcoming events
- Assist with organising multiple bookings happening across different locations

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Enquiries & Booking Management
- Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries via email and phone
- Provide information on game availability, pricing, branding options and packages
- Assist with processing bookings and preparing hire agreements
- Gather key event information such as venue access, delivery schedules and on-site contacts
- Coordinate custom branding requests for games and event equipment
- Ensure client artwork is submitted on time and checked before production
- Identify opportunities to offer branded upgrades or additional services
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the booking process
- Confirm event details and ensure accurate information is passed to the operations team
- Assist with post-event communication and feedback
